Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Version 2.1

This policy explains how Dagaz Experiences LLC ("Dagaz", "we") handles personal data when you visit dagazexperiences.com, when you contact us, and when you use a community or membership product that runs on our platform.

1. Two different roles, and why it matters

As controller. For the Site, our own contact forms, our client relationships and our billing, we decide why and how data is used. This policy governs that.

As processor. When a Brand Operator runs their community on our platform, they decide what happens with their members' data; we process it on their instructions, under a data-processing agreement. For those processings, their own privacy policy applies, and requests about that data should go to them — though you may write to us and we will pass it on.

2. Who we are

Dagaz Experiences LLC · 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States · Business ID 7901149 · dagazexperiences@gmail.com · +1 505 369 5359

If you are in the European Union

We are established in the United States and offer services to people in the European Union, so the GDPR and your country's data protection law apply to you.

For anything concerning your data, write to dagazexperiences@gmail.com: we reply within one month. And if we do not reply, or you are not satisfied, you may complain to your country's supervisory authority without going through us — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

3. What data we handle

  • Identity and contact: name, surname, email, phone

  • Account: username, identifier, membership status, role

  • Billing and payments: the data needed to charge and invoice. We never store full card numbers — the payment processor does

  • Communications: messages and requests sent by email, forms, WhatsApp or Instagram

  • Profile and preferences: what you tell us about your interests, so a community can match you with others

  • Technical: IP address, device and browser identifiers, language, pages visited

  • Consents: cookie choices, acceptances and their date and version

We do not intentionally handle special categories of data (health, beliefs, and the like). If you volunteer them, you do so on your own initiative.

4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • Running and securing the Site: Legitimate interest in operating and protecting it

  • Providing the platform, memberships and access to groups: Performance of a contract

  • Matching people with others in a community, from what they tell us: Performance of a contract

  • Billing, payments and keeping the records the law requires: Performance of a contract, and legal obligation

  • Answering questions and giving support: Legitimate interest, or performance of a contract

  • Operational messages (changes, incidents, security): Performance of a contract, and legitimate interest

  • Commercial messages: Consent, or legitimate interest in writing to existing customers about similar services

  • Analytics and measurement: Consent, through the cookie panel

5. Who else sees it

Providers who work for us, under contract and on our instructions: hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email and messaging, analytics (when you have accepted them), and community-management tooling. We do not sell personal data.

We may also disclose data where a law, a court or a competent authority requires it.

6. International transfers

Dagaz is located in the United States and some providers hold data outside the European Economic Area, so international transfers may occur. Where they do, we apply appropriate safeguards — typically the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with the technical and organisational measures required. Write to dagazexperiences@gmail.com for details of the safeguards in place.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records, and the like) and to handle possible claims. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing; and you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before.

Write to dagazexperiences@gmail.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, and we answer within one month.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es.

9. Age

Our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors, and if we learn that we hold a minor's data we delete it.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects on you. The matching a community performs is based on what its members choose to state about themselves, it is a suggestion, and it can be reviewed by a person on request.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, and we work with providers who do the same.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies.
